Output Nama File

Pilihan ini menentukan apakah output akan dicetak langsung atau dikirim ke file untuk penggunaan selanjutnya.

• Untuk mencetak langsung, pastikan bahwa "Output Nama File" adalah "PRN" (atau nama yang sesuai, seperti "LPT1", "LPT2", "COM1", dsb.)

• Default "PRN" sebaiknya tidak diubah, kecuali jika Anda menginginkan untuk menyimpan output tersebut di dalam disket sebagai file.

Dalam kasus ini, ketik nama file, dan direktorinya secara opsional, sebagai contoh:

C:\SABDA\LUKE-10.RTF

• Anda harus menggunakan format DOS normal untuk nama file. Nama file tidak boleh ada spasinya atau mengandung karakter-karakter tertentu yang tidak diperbolehkan. Lihat manual DOS untuk penjelasan secara rinci.

• Ekstensi file bisa dihilangkan seperti .RTF yang telah biasa dipakai.

• Semua file output files dalam bentuk Rich Text Format dan dapat dilihat dengan menggunakan WordPad atau MS Word.

Output File Name

This option determines whether output is printed directly or sent to a file for subsequent use.

• To print directly, ensure that the "Output File Name" is "PRN" (or the appropriate device name, such as "LPT1", "LPT2", "COM1", etc.).

• The default "PRN" should not be altered, unless you wish instead to save the output to disk as a file.

In this case, type in the file name, and optionally its directory, for example:

C:\MYWORD\SERMONS\LUKE-10.RTF

• You must use the normal DOS format for file names. File names may not contain spaces or certain prohibited characters. See your DOS manual for details.

• The file extension may be omitted as .RTF is always assigned.

• All output files are in Rich Text Format and may be viewed using WordPad or MS Word.
