Auto Format

Fitur ini berusaha memformat workspace.

• Program editor akan mencoba menambahkan link hypertext di sekitar semua pasal yang ditemukan di dalam sebuah catatan.

• Seluruh angka-angka Romawi di dalam referensi pasal dikonversi ke Arabic.

• Semua nama buku diganti dengan singkatan-singkatan standar untuk versi alkitab yang diasosiasikan dengan set catatan.

Petunjuk:
Untuk auto format dengan cepat gunakan tombol singkat "Ctrl + Q".

Komentar Auto Format

Dalam mem-format Komentar, tempatkan [] ... [] di sekitar teks ayat yang akan diformat, akan melakukan hal berikut:

Setiap potongan ayat dibuat/cetak huruf tebal dan dipisahkan paragraf. Biasanya dalam scanning commentaries, komentar-komentar untuk sebuah ayat dalam satu blok paragraf. Fitur ini menambahkan spasi dan menempatkan komentar untuk bagian dari ayat. "[]" harusnya tidak terjadi dalam sebuah ayat dan tidak diperlukan pergeseran. Catatan yang ditebali dihilangkan sekitar pembukaan "Verse 3."

Tampilkan Teks yang ditandai

Fitur ini akan mengijinkan Anda untuk melihat teks Yunani atau Ibrani pada saat berada di dalam program editor.

• Tandai Yunani atau Ibrani. Pastikan mengikutkan kode format pada saat ditandai.

• Tekan F8 dan kemudian "S" untuk menampilkan. "Ctrl+S" juga dapat digunakan untuk menandai teks.

• Fitur ini juga dapat digunakan dengan klik kanan mouse di teks yang ditandai dan pilih "Tampilkan Teks yang ditandai" dari menu pop-up.

• Tutup jendela yang tampil dengan menekan tombol apapun

Petunjuk:
Jika workspace semua mengandung data HTML, itu dikonversi ke format internal menggunakan program untuk catatan dengan kode format yang tepat otomatis disisipkan.

Format Paragrap

Untuk menggunakan fitur ini, blok teks yang akan diformat ke dalam paragraf. Ada tiga model yang dapat dipilih.

Text Editor - F8 Style

Auto Format

This feature attempts to format the workspace.

• The Editor will attempt to add hypertext links around all passages it finds in a note.

• All Roman numerals in passage references are converted to Arabic.

• All book names are replaced with the standard abbreviations for the Bible version associated with that note set.

Hint:
For quick auto formatting use the shortcut key combination "Ctrl + Q".

Auto Formatting Commentaries

In formatting commentaries, placing [] ... [] around the verse text to be auto formatted, will do the following:

You can also use ?? in place of [].

• Before:

[]Verse 3. And but the fruit of the tree[] rest of note comments ... []which is in the midst of the garden[] note comments ..., []God hath said,[] note comments ...

or

??Verse 3. And but the fruit of the tree?? rest of note comments ... ??which is in the midst of the garden?? note comments ..., ??God hath said,?? note comments ...

• After:

Ver. 3. \\And but the fruit of the tree\\ rest of note comments ...

\\which is in the midst of the garden\\ note comments ...,

\\God hath said,\\ note comments ...

Each verse fragment is made bold and a separate paragraph. Normally in scanning commentaries, the comments for a verse are in one big block paragraph. This feature adds white space and makes locating the comments for the part of the verse. "[]" should not occur in a verse and do not require a shift sequence to enter. Note the bolding is omitted around the opening "Verse 3."

Show Highlighted Text

This feature will permit you to view Greek or Hebrew text while in the editor.

• Highlight the Greek or Hebrew. Be sure to include the formatting codes when highlighting.

• Press F8 and then "S" to display. "Ctrl+S" may also be used after highlighting the text.

• This feature is also available by right clicking with the mouse on the highlighted text and selecting "Show Highlighted Text" from the popup menu.

• Close the display window by pressing any key

Hint:
If workspace contains all HTML data, it is converted to the internal format used by the program for notes with the appropriate formatting codes automatically inserted.

Paragraph Format

To use this feature block out the section of text to be formatted into a paragraph. There are three styles to choose from.
